Reignite your team's synergy with a rejuvenating staff retreat!
September can be a challenging month. While we return from our summer holidays feeling refreshed, those long, relaxing evenings by the beach still linger in our minds. Plus, some of our colleagues haven't crossed our paths since June! If you're sensing a dip in team dynamics, you're not alone—and we're here to help!
Our Staff Retreats offer the perfect opportunity for your team to reconnect and harmonise. Whether for half a day or longer, our skilled actors will guide your team through a customised series of engaging exercises. These activities are designed to help colleagues feel more comfortable with one another and enhance their collaborative skills. Using playful exercises rooted in improvisation and drama techniques, your team will foster deeper connections in a supportive and appreciative environment. We create a safe, non-judgmental space where fun and cooperation go hand in hand, planting the seeds for smoother teamwork.
Bridge Staff Retreats can be hosted at our Studio in St Gilles or at a location of your choice, and they can be seamlessly integrated with our skills-based training programmes.

Announcing Our Latest Production: Radiant Vermin
We’ve saved the best news for last!
We're thrilled to announce our fifth production: Radiant Vermin by the acclaimed playwright Philip Ridley.
Radiant Vermin is a supernatural dark comedy that delves into themes of gentrification, homelessness, and consumerism. The story follows young couple Ollie and Jill, who unexpectedly receive a new home from the government. Faced with renovation costs they can't afford, a late-night encounter with an intruder reveals a way to renovate their home at no expense—or so they believe.
This captivating play is penned by British playwright Philip Ridley, whose work you may remember from our debut production, Vincent River.
Our upcoming production will be directed by André Agius, a talented Maltese director with recent credits at the Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh and the National Theatre of Malta. More details on the creative team and cast will be shared soon.
Catch Radiant Vermin from 5 to 23 November 2024 at La Tricoterie in St Gilles. Stay tuned for ticket sales!
