Last Chance to see GROUNDED
You have only 12 chances left to catch GROUNDED before we say goodbye forever to this visually striking production. The Bridge Theatre’s GROUNDED has been especially created by us for our Brussels audience.
Join our Pilot, played by Letty Thomas, on her journey through motherhood as she discovers that the world is not quite as black and white as she first thought.
“Letty Thomas’ performance was the thing that sucked me into the whole play. You’re in it. You’re in the moment. And I think she manages to do that in a really amazing way.” – Teodora, audience member
GROUNDED was written by American playwright, George Brant. You can hear him talk about the play, which is already 10 years old, in our November episode of How to Build a Theatre.
Our new production has been directed by Emma Howlett, supported by a wonderful design team: Ellie Wintour, responsible for an ambitious and playful set and costume design; Ed Saunders, who has created a dynamic and striking lighting design; and Sarah Spencer, who has crafted a sumptuous through-composed sound design.
“This was something I’ve not seen in Brussels before. Everyone has to go and see this!” – Meisoon, audience member
GROUNDED is a unique production and must end on Saturday 25 November. Book your tickets today before they sell out!

So, you think you can’t dance?
We are delighted when members of our larger Workshops family add to the creativity in our city. This is the case of former Bridge Workshop participant, Briana Ashley Stuart, who is herself a professional dancer, and runs a STU Arts Dance, which provides drop-in dance classes in Brussels. Briana told us a little about her classes:
Everyone Can Dance Adult Workshops are geared towards Adult Absolute Beginners, beginners and advanced beginners who seek to learn different dance styles, step outside their comfort zone, improve their coordination and physical fitness and overall just HAVE FUN! We believe that EVERYONE can enjoy movement as a means of expression, connecting and increased self-confidence. If you are seeking a safe space to move and be yourself, join us! We are an open, diverse and international community and safe space comprised of movers from over a dozen different nationalities and backgrounds who seek to push their personal development through movement and dance.
Classes are held in various studio locations across Brussels and students can drop in at any time. More information can be found at stuartsdance.com.
