Get mastery over your physicality this weekend

Body & Acting Masterclass
This coming Saturday 3 February, we are delighted to welcome a very special guest from Greece: Fanis Katechos, who will be leading a masterclass for us where we will explore his approach to getting physicality into theatre.
The workshop will focus on the connections between body, sound, imagination, psyche and environment. How can we isolate them, explore them, and then reconnect them? Participants will come into contact with a ritual way of working both on a personal and group level.
This masterclass runs the whole of Saturday 3 February at our normal workshop location, at the British Chambers of Commerce, near Madou station.
Our aim is to bring you more masterclasses like this one throughout 2024, with different practitioners from Brussels and across Europe. Stay tuned for more!
Being The Bridge between schools
We are thrilled to have been awarded funding by the Brussels-Capital Region that will enable us to run a series of drama workshops for schools, under a project entitled BeTheBridge.
But these are no ordinary workshops. True to our tagline – Connecting Through Culture – we are taking advantage of the benefits of arts engagement to bring together school students who come from different language communities. As such, each of our workshops will combine groups of students from two schools, which could be a Belgian French-language school, a Belgian Dutch-language school, or an international or European school.
We will be running these workshops in the spring and autumn of 2024. If your school might be interested, do get in touch with us!

Missed our January Workshop entry? Fear not!
This term’s workshops are well underway and it is too late to sign up to our 10-week courses. But did you know that you can sign up at any time to our ACT Workshops?
Our ACT Workshops are one-off sessions that cover different aspects of theatre. Each one is led by a different professional, each with their own acting background, meaning that you benefit from learning from different influences and experiences. This term, you can still look forward to workshops covering Meisner, gaining emotional depth, Mask work, and so much more.
ACT Workshops take place on Sunday evenings, 18:30 - 21:30. Sign up to just one at a time, or take advantage of our multi-buy discount by registering for three or more sessions.
