Rehearsals for Lungs begin today
It’s the first day of school for our two incredible actors, Georgina Armfield and Tim Bowie, as they enter rehearsals in Brussels for our forthcoming production of Lungs.
They will work intensively over the next two weeks with the director of Lungs, Kate McGregor, to unravel the multitude of meanings contained within Macmillan’s fast-paced text.
We will be following the creation progress over the coming days so be sure to follow us on Instagram to get rehearsal updates. 👇

Registration open for our Summer School 2023
Finally, something exclusively for the younger members of our community! 🙌
Our intensely fun Summer School is back! Five days of acting, singing and dancing, culminating in a showcase on the Friday to friends and family. It’s an incredible week of hard work and high rewards as the three different age groups work together to rehearse towards the final performance. This year’s inspiration: High School Musical!
Leading the rehearsals are three wonderful humans, who will push participants to achieve their full potential: Abbie for acting; Heidi for dance; and Bia for singing.
And, of course, we are preparing two special masterclasses for you on top of that. Details of these will be announced soon.
Our Summer School runs Monday 21 August - Friday 25 August at Grand Hospice in central Brussels.
Book your place now before they run out.
ACT: Just six sessions left before the Summer
You have just six more opportunities to join our our one-off masterclasses on Sunday afternoons. Our ACT Workshops are designed to give you the flexibility to pick-and-choose and get a glimpse of a facet of acting.
Due to demand, this term we have included two Workshops on using the spoken voice; a topic that is useful not just for your acting, but also your work life. Jonathon will guide you through various exercises that will unlock your vocal potential over two sessions. We recommend you attending both, unless you have previously attended one of Jonathon’s session, in which case you can skip directly to the second session. Jonathon’s sessions take place on 4 June and 18 June.
Alongside Jonathon, Desi will return to lead two of her most popular workshops: Theatre of the Absurd (7 May) and Acting for Camera (2 July). Then we have two new ones for you – a Monologue Masterclass with Henry (28 May) and a Storytelling Masterclass with Brune (11 June). Secure your place now!
And finally, we wish much success to our former workshop participants who are performing in BLOC’s Iolanthe in May. You can find out more details here. Break a leg all!
