Something for Everyone This June!
End of Year Showcase tickets, improving workplace communication and bringing theatre to school.
Your Team Deserves Better Conversations
The best teams aren't just good at their jobs, they're good at talking to each other.
Giving feedback is one of the most important, and most avoided, skills in any workplace. And in an international city like Brussels, it gets even more nuanced. Navigating personal sensibilities, office dynamics, and cultural differences all at once is no small thing.
Luckily, we can help.
In our Giving Feedback training, our actors guide your team through a series of scenarios based on your own real experiences, creating a safe and surprisingly fun space where your team works out together what the best course of action looks like. The result? Each individual walks away with sharper instincts for sensitive conversations, and your team as a whole can start building a healthier, more open culture together.
Whether it's addressing underperformance, navigating a tricky dynamic, or simply learning how to acknowledge great work in a way that lands — your team will leave clearer, more confident, and more connected.
Help your team communicate better.

Theatre in Schools: More Than You'd Expect
Theatre in schools is so much more than creative playtime. It builds public speaking skills, strengthens teamwork, and gives children the confidence to step into unfamiliar territory — all within a safe and joyful environment. And else can it do? Help students find the courage to speak in a language they’re still learning.
Last week, that's exactly what we did when we visited Brussels European School I. Using different theatre games and exercises we got the students to put their insecurities aside and just play around, while speaking English - a language most of them are not yet fluent in. And as if that weren’t enough, the theme of our session was Children’s Rights, meaning participants stepped outside their comfort zones, practised their English, and engaged with an important topic, all at once.
If you'd like your students to activate their English through theatre, we'd love to hear from you!
